Tell UPS you are not their product.
Are you tired of bad service from UPS that just doesn't get better while their "customer service" makes excuses and thanks you for your patience (as if you had a choice)?
You're not their customer, but instead delivery to you (or your doorstep) is the product UPS sells. So the only way to make them provide better service is to make them understand that their ability to deliver to you is a privilege, not a right. And if they abuse it, they lose it.
Post this sign on your lawn and/or on your door (download hi-res JPG for printing | download vector .SVG for printing) and start revoking their delivery privileges today!
